How to know that the products are ordered?

Upon receipt of your order we will send a confirmation email. You will be informed about the ordering process by e-mail. We will contact you by phone, if necessary.

How to pay for goods?

The goods are paid on order via Paysera electronic payment system. The payment order will be generated automatically, you will have to choose your bank or other institution where you have an account. Following a confirmation of payment by e-mail you will receive a confirmation message.

Is it possible to pay via the courier?

No, there is no such payment option. The payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, when ordering a product, you will receive a VAT invoice with your goods.

Can I use my discount if I buy online?

Discount code is a one-time or multiple-time code, which can be used by legal entities.

Where and when are goods delivered?

The goods are delivered throughout the territory of Lithuania at the address indicated by you. Delivery of goods is usually prepared and delivered within 5 working days. If it happens that there is no item in stock, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and provide the date of receipt of the goods.

How to pick up ordered items in-store?

You can pick up ordered goods at one of Litena stores in Kaunas, Klaipėda or Panevėžys.

On the picking up your goods you will be required to provide the order number and identity document.

When in the selected store you can withdraw an online order?

The item is usually withdrawn within 5 business days. You will be informed about this by e-mail.

Can another person pick up my item in the store?

Yes, but at the time of order, you must enter the name of another person in the notes or inform us by e-mail info@litena.lt.

Can my purchase be delivered to another person?

Yes. If you collect the goods for another person, please inform us by e-mail info@litena.lt

What are the shipping costs?

When purchasing 10 linear meters of fabric, delivery is free. When purchasing less, the delivery price is 10 EUR within Lithuania.

Is carrying of ordered good free?

Yes, shipping is free.

Do I receive a warranty for products sold on the e-shop?

Yes, it has a two-year warranty.

Is it possible to inspect the fabric before ordering?

Yes, the fabric can be viewed on arrival at one of Litena stores Kaunas, Klaipėda or Panevezys. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Can I cancel/change an order?

When you submit an order, it cannot be canceled.

Can I return the goods?

You can return fabrics only if you buy 10 meters or more. Returning Luxury Home can only be returned to Litena's departments, after checking the departmental representative or the product is not damaged. Litena stores can return the goods.

Do you accept orders by phone?

Can I expect discounts when buying larger quantities?

If you are buying more fabrics (100 meters or more), please call us at +370 682 28 902 for a special price.

How does the Bank Link payment system work?

Bank Link automatically generates a payment order for an e-shop orders. The client, after completing the order, is directed to the bank of his choice, in which he remains to accept the order, which is completely formed and does not require any additional data.
